Before insurance, my whole career was health. I spent years as a fitness trainer and gym owner, helping people get stronger, move better, and stay independent as they got older. I loved that work, and it taught me something that stuck: the people who do well later in life are the ones who get clear, honest guidance before the big decisions — not after.

Medicare turned out to be full of people facing exactly that kind of decision with nobody explaining it straight. The mailers pile up, the TV ads shout, and somewhere in the noise you're supposed to make a choice that shapes your healthcare and your budget for years. Since 2022, helping people navigate that decision has been my full-time work.

My approach hasn't changed from my training days: meet people where they are, explain things in plain language, and never push. I'd rather you take three weeks and choose confidently than sign anything on a first call.

• Free help, always — carriers pay me a commission; your premium is the same with or without a broker.
• Year-round service — enrollment is the start, not the end. Billing questions, pharmacy hiccups, annual reviews: call me first.

What to expect when you call

A normal conversation. I'll ask about your doctors, your prescriptions, your budget, and your timeline — then explain your options like I'd explain them to my own family. If I don't know something, I'll find out and call you back. If what you already have is your strongest option, I'll tell you that too.
